Travel Surity is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of travel destinations, and the ability to convert leads into sales while providing excellent customer support.


  • Key Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries from customers.
    • Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication.
    • Suggest suitable holiday packages based on customer requirements.
    • Create customized itineraries and quotations for domestic & international tours.
    • Maintain strong product knowledge of destinations like Goa, Kashmir, Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Singapore, and more.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, vendors, and partners (including Skyro) for best rates.
    • Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, tempo traveller services, and activities.
    • Follow up with clients for payments, documents, and confirmations.
    • Maintain records of customer details, bookings, and follow-ups.
    • Provide pre-travel and post-travel customer support.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.



    Key Skills Required

    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

    Strong sales & negotiation ability

    Knowledge of domestic and international destinations

    Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

    Customer service-oriented approach

    Basic computer skills (Email, WhatsApp, CRM tools)

    Experience in travel agency operations (preferred)



    Qualifications

    Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred

    Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
