We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales & BD to drive revenue growth, manage sales teams, and expand our domestic and international travel business.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives
Drive sales for international & domestic holiday packages
Develop new business opportunities and B2B partnerships
Monitor team performance, targets, and daily MIS
Handle key clients and support high-value closures
Train team members on destinations, sales pitch, and CRM usage
3–6 years of experience in travel sales (Team Handling mandatory)
Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills
In-depth knowledge of international destinations & itineraries
Target-driven mindset with strategic thinking
